Bumbershoot

Went to Seattle yesterday.


Hopped on a Greyhound bus with two awesome 19 year olds who had never had an adventure quite like the one that only I knew we were going to have.


We went on an adventure and got to know the downtown area and then headed to the festival.


They were stunned at the crowd before Paramore came on... it was maybe 10,000 people. I asked, 'Do you want to go to the front row?' They were all like, 'We'll never make it to the front!' So then I was like, 'Hahahahahaha you're so funny.' But then they were all like, 'No we're not! It's impossible, look at all the people!!!" So then I was all like, 'Ok. Hold my hands'.


By the time they started, there was almost a full stadium. Paramore was who I came down to see, but they were only the opening act.


I am in love with Hailey Williams' voice and if I could be anybody other than me - which I wouldn't want to be - it would be her. I didn't take a lot of pictures, because the girls were taking hundreds each so I will post some of theirs later on facebook. I put my camera away and rocked out.

Hard.

I have to say though, when The Offspring came on after Paramore, that was the most intense mosh pit I've ever been in. It was a riot.

The whole day was amazing.

Stole some vids already off of you tube... I'm pretty sure I must have been right beside or in front of the guy taking the Paramore vid, and I'm somewhere at the front center of The Offspring vid... just to give you an idea of the mosh pit.
